There’s quite a nail-biter going on in Congress!
It appears that the closing deadline for the home buyer tax credit may be extended for another 3 months.
This may not effect buyers of Columbus HUD homes. My customers’ HUD contracts closed in time before the deadline, because we planned ahead and used my reliable team of loan officers and property inspectors. Most importantly, I set realistic expectations for my customers.

The list has grown to 116, with 32 boomerang homes. Only 16 homes are listed for more than $100K. And the $196,000 (most expensive) home at Nottingham Court in Upper Arlington is still waiting for a well deserved price reduction.
