Like the house at 254 Oxford Drive. This is a newer HUD home in a subdivision close to downtown Pataskala. I previewed this HUD house a few weeks ago, when it originally came on the market – it is in very good shape and does not have obvious mold damage.
Last Friday its price was reduced to $124,200, but owner occupants did not pick it up yet. You may get this HUD property for as little as $99K, which is certainly a great deal for a 4 bedroom home in the suburbs.
