Columbus HUD homes maps are very useful tools. And only subscribers can get the exclusive benefits of HUD homes maps every week. I don’t know of any other real estate agent that offers this exclusive service to their customers.

When I look at the new HUD homes map every Friday morning, I focus on 3 items:
- Where are the red markers (new HUD listings)
- Do I recognize the locations of yellow markers (HUD relists)
- Which HUD homes should I preview for you.
This week there’s a lot of red and yellow in and around Hilliard. The 3 red markers indicate Columbus houses that are new listings. The two yellow markers are relists. In addition, you will find a number of new HUD listings in the I-70 corridor just south of Hilliard.
