Columbus HUD homes are spread out all over Central Ohio. But I did not see an Upper Arlington HUD house for quite a while. Today we found a good one!
It’s a 3 bedroom ranch on 3089 Bembridge Road, right in the center of Upper Arlington only a block from Kingsdale Shopping Center and less than a 5 minute walk to the High School. This is a premier location and a very rare opportunity to buy a discounted property in Upper Arlington. This is one of the few Columbus suburbs whose property values did not drop during the mortgage crisis.
There’s another, unique HUD property I want to point out, especially to the investors. It is a newer duplex on 5868 Saranac Drive.
