Picking Perfect HUD Homes For First Time Buyers

Now that HUD threw more than 60 Columbus houses on the market, I had to make a choice. I had to pick 6 houses that appeal to the readers of this blog. So, I decided to go with HUD homes in the just above $100K price range.

Why this price range? That’s what most first time home buyers are looking for. Many of my customers are searching for these types of HUD homes, because

  • they qualify for the full amount of the first time home buyer tax credit, and
